An unexpectedly hard shot by António Antas in the 7th minute of play forced Tarakan's goalkeeper Haryanto Putiray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andra Martin charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andra Martin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Tarakan got a freekick which was hit by Andra Martin. 9 minutes into the match, Durval Fraga notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tarakan's Haryanto Putiray. Haryanto Putiray was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the match, Forlusitanos's goal looked a bit too open when Paijo Sembiring came free, but Valentim Baía reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Durval Fraga in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haryanto Putiray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valentim Baía made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paijo Sembiring in the 16th minute of play. Valentim Baía took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paijo Sembiring, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Flávio Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forlusitanos's supporters rose to their feet, but Flávio Magalhães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Haryanto Putiray breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the game, Dede Wijaya cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Valentim Baía was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mulyana Fitriansyah kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Forlusitanos were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Tarakan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Porfírio Ramos took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Porfírio Ramos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Haryanto Putiray quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Valentim Baía showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paijo Sembiring, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Valentim Baía made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fery Akmal in the 33rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Durval Fraga put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Haryanto Putiray. João Lima hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Tarakan's goalkeeper Haryanto Putiray had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilário Barcelos. Valentim Baía showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paijo Sembiring, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Mulyana Fitriansyah hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Caetano Santarém sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dede Wijaya was the one to do the kick off. During the 55th minute of the match Andra Martin completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Andra Martin a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tarakan! In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Forlusitanos. Porfírio Ramos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Haryanto Putiray. 3-1. Valentim Baía made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Paijo Sembiring sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, Tarakan's Paijo Sembiring sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentim Baía narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Haryanto Putiray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durval Fraga in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, António Antas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Forlusitanos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Paijo Sembiring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Valentim Baía tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Forlusitanos's zone, Paijo Sembiring stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentim Baía came out of the goal and Paijo Sembiring tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bongky Sembiring charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bongky Sembiring the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for Forlusitanos. Porfírio Ramos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Haryanto Putiray. 5-1. Flávio Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Haryanto Putiray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarakan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fery Akmal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Durval Fraga struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Haryanto Putiray didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forlusitanos. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dede Wijaya during the 100th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Forlusitanos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
