Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Granville's Osasun Palomino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th match minute, Avesta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viggo Carlsson to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Avesta defense, Jesús Salvador kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ola Eklund. The Avesta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Ola Eklund should have stopped the shot. Osasun Palomino might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens-Ola Eklund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osasun Palomino ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the game, Osasun Palomino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jens-Ola Eklund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amas Chohan came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Avesta's Sabin Albu. But to his dismay, Sabin Albu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When Avesta's Gelu Băcila in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Granville's goalie prevented a goal. 26 minutes into the match, Granville's goal looked a bit too open when Gelu Băcila came free, but Amas Chohan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Granville getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. 袁潮永 hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Albu in the 28th minute of play forced Granville's goalkeeper Amas Chohan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amas Chohan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sabin Albu went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Sabin Albu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Amas Chohan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amas Chohan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gelu Băcila in the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Albu in the 36th minute of play forced Granville's goalkeeper Amas Chohan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amas Chohan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Albu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Avesta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Granville:s goal. In the 45th minute Sabin Albu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amas Chohan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Celestino Manuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Granville players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Avesta were winning 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sabin Albu was the one to do the kick off. Amas Chohan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Albu, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. If Gelu Băcila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gelu Băcila got free with Amas Chohan in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amas Chohan made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Gelu Băcila sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th match minute, Granville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Guter to maneuver through the defense. Avesta's Jens-Ola Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osasun Palomino in the 61st minute of play. Sabin Albu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-4 to the left of a surprised Amas Chohan 62 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the game, Sabin Albu lined in a short shot 2-7 behind a frustrated Amas Chohan. After 85 minutes, Gelu Băcila made it 2-8 with a short kick to the right side. Granville's Amas Chohan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Osasun Palomino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Ola Eklund having to make a save. In the 91st minute of the match, Sabin Albu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amas Chohan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 93rdth minute of the game Sabin Albu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Granville's Amas Chohan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Avesta supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Avesta would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
