Cássio Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nechifor Beșliu in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Nechifor Beșliu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cássio Baptista. Terceirense F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nechifor Beșliu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Gologan in the 24th minute of play forced Terceirense F.C.'s goalkeeper Cássio Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Viriato Semedo fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Terceirense F.C.'s protests and gave Viriato Semedo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, Viriato Semedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eintracht Cernavoda made a substitution. Cornel Zbuchea replaced Rauf Tezay. Viriato Semedo hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nechifor Beșliu in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cássio Baptista saved Terceirense F.C. from getting behind. Halil Utku Evvah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Távora in the 36th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Cristi Dulca in the 39th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Terceirense F.C.'s Armando Parente. Gigel Gologan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cássio Baptista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nechifor Beșliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toader Bogrea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Terceirense F.C.'s Cássio Baptista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Terceirense F.C. from getting a goal against them. Terceirense F.C.'s Cássio Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toader Bogrea in the 62nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Gabriel Távora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terceirense F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eintracht Cernavoda the free kick. 95 minutes into the game, one of Terceirense F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The Eintracht Cernavoda players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
