But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Bertassi couldn't finish the play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Telmo Guimarães stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Austra 04 VFC's Kitt Pegov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Telmo Guimarães in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Austra 04 VFC's goal looked a bit too open when Artur de Azevedo came free, but Kitt Pegov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moreto F.C. - Capivari's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
