After a rather tough play, BOTAFOGOJF-FDFDF's Luís Fabiano Jacinto got a free kick in the 15th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Fluminense di Parma's German Cano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Bueno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. BOTAFOGOJF-FDFDF's Gustavo Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Canon in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Germano Cano got free with Gustavo Bueno in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Fluminense di Parma's German Canon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustavo Bueno. Gustavo Bueno yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Germano Cano took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Bueno. Gustavo Bueno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 37 minutes, Gilberto Queiroz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fluminense di Parma and the BOTAFOGOJF-FDFDF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fluminense di Parma's Gilberto Queiroz got a free kick in the 37th minute. Fabiano Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Tepedino having to interfere. Leopoldo Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. German Cano scored 6-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Bueno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustavo Bueno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but German Cano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 48 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Germano Cano made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, German Cano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Bueno. BOTAFOGOJF-FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that German Cano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. After a rather tough play, Fluminense di Parma's Benedito Novaes got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute, Juninho Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Bueno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Cano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Serginho Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes BOTAFOGOJF-FDFDF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tiago Silva who took care of the corner kick. Fluminense di Parma's Tiago Silva was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustavo Bueno in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. André Tepedino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cipriano Silveira in the 67th minute. Gustavo Bueno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gustavo Bueno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fluminense di Parma fully deserved thier win.
