FC Ouagadougou National's Rene Vereijt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathijs Rokeloos in the 8th minute of play. FC Ouagadougou National's Rene Vereijt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save FC Ouagadougou National from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, FC Ouagadougou National's goal looked a bit too open when Mathijs Rokeloos came free, but Rene Vereijt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthias Wauters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jean-Louis Van Bever came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ouagadougou National's William Westelinx. But to his dismay, William Westelinx quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Westelinx in the 24th minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Westelinx took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jean-Louis Van Bever. Jean-Louis Van Bever dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Mathijs Rokeloos scored 1-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Vereijt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Cromvelde's zone, William Westelinx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Louis Van Bever came out of the goal and William Westelinx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the game, Celedonio Isidor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KFC Cromvelde's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Ouagadougou National the free kick. When Mathijs Rokeloos came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the KFC Cromvelde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mathijs Rokeloos couldn't finish the play. Jochen Van den Panhuizen was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, one of KFC Cromvelde:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and William Westelinx made a kick off. Sean Westelinx kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 68 minutes in the game 沈笑伟 did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dé 武松. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Westelinx in the 71st minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If William Westelinx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. William Westelinx spun around in front of the goal 76 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of KFC Cromvelde's goal. After 80 played minutes FC Ouagadougou National got a freekick which was hit by Hamza Yavaş. After 81 played minutes, KFC Cromvelde's Cosmin Contra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rene Vereijt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KFC Cromvelde reached it. When Jedrzej Kiszkiel came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the FC Ouagadougou National fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jedrzej Kiszkiel couldn't finish the play. Rene Vereijt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 86th minute of the match. Jedrzej Kiszkiel might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jean-Louis Van Bever. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jedrzej Kiszkiel ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, KFC Cromvelde's Jean-Louis Van Bever got control of the ball when Jedrzej Kiszkiel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jedrzej Kiszkiel managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Ouagadougou National's supporters rose to their feet, but Jedrzej Kiszkiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean-Louis Van Bever breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jedrzej Kiszkiel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Jean-Louis Van Bever made a huge save. Jedrzej Kiszkiel scored 1-3 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jean-Louis Van Bever, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
