Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramzi Drouart in the 13th minute of play. Fabian Söderström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joseph Smits in the 16th minute. Fabian Söderström was a little too slow when Joseph Smits got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. Haithabu FC's Fabian Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, AFC Koolkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Ramzi Drouart came free, but Ulises Steven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Ramzi Drouart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joseph Smits succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 36th playminute. Ulises Steven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Haithabu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Steven breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robertinho Carabajal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sylwester Sobania hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AFC Koolkerke fans cheered their team off the field, for while Haithabu FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
