Kajetan Dawiec came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by The Everett Hawks's Fre van Eijnde. But to his dismay, Fre van Eijnde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The Ad Fundum fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Ad Fundum's Tran Vrolijcx looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ludo Vanden Bossche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Cornea in the 29th minute of the match. Tomás Baldaias short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Ludo Vanden Bossche to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 34th match minute, Ad Fundum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre-Paul Van Dijck to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Tran Vrolijcx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ludo Vanden Bossche was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Tran Vrolijcx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ludo Vanden Bossche was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luke Van Bostraeten in the 94th minute of play forced Ad Fundum's goalkeeper Kajetan Dawiec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludo Vanden Bossche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfred Bruse, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
