Eitel Patrzek made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Deng Le Jian sent off a good shot on target. Eitel Patrzek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudolf Nordstedt in the 8th minute of play. If Horia Teaşcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Nordstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to GAIS getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Max Godet hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, GAIS's goal looked a bit too open when Horia Teaşcă came free, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Eitel Patrzek managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when GAIS's Emilio Jakue fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rudolf Nordstedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brașov HooliganS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xamo Navarro was slow to take the kick. During this time GAIS's players had a chance to rest. The corner led GAIS's Rudolf Nordstedt to a score. 1-0 in the 31st minute. Rudolf Nordstedt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Eitel Patrzek when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of GAIS booed when Brașov HooliganS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Gruescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes Brașov HooliganS got a freekick which was hit by Dragoş Burdulea. In the 35th minute, Xamo Navarro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Eitel Patrzek managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when GAIS's Rudolf Nordstedt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eitel Patrzek made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Emilio Jakue sent off a good shot on target. Dragoş Burdulea charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dragoş Burdulea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Brașov HooliganS got a freekick which was hit by Dragoş Burdulea. Xamo Navarro's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Eitel Patrzek - 2-0 was put on the score board in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Jakue stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eitel Patrzek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Jakue's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Jakue in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eitel Patrzek saved Brașov HooliganS from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Nordstedt in the 55th minute of play forced Brașov HooliganS's goalkeeper Eitel Patrzek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brașov HooliganS's Eitel Patrzek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Jakue in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Nordstedt in the 62nd minute of play forced Brașov HooliganS's goalkeeper Eitel Patrzek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eitel Patrzek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deng Le Jian went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 67 minutes into the match, Rudolf Nordstedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eitel Patrzek. Brașov HooliganS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rudolf Nordstedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After 71 played minutes GAIS got a freekick which was hit by Edvard Björling. In the 78thth minute of the game Rudolf Nordstedt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brașov HooliganS's Eitel Patrzek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 79 minutes Brașov HooliganS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xamo Navarro who took care of the corner kick. 91 minutes into the match, Brașov HooliganS's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Nordstedt came free, but Eitel Patrzek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes of play, GAIS's Deng Le Jian made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eitel Patrzek was left in no man's land by his defense there! GAIS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
