In the 4th minute, Marcus Rashford made a precise shot to the right of Eduardo Pereyra. New York Red Bulls's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. New York Red Bulls's Eduardo Pereyra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 王烽星 in the 9th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Doru Coman managed to get in a good position for a shot. New York Red Bulls's supporters rose to their feet, but Doru Coman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maido Hindpere breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by 王烽星 in the 19th minute of play forced New York Red Bulls's goalkeeper Eduardo Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basarab Panduru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Pereyra came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Estrella Roja Фк's Ulryk Pietras. But to his dismay, Ulryk Pietras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Eduardo Pereyra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 王烽星, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, 王烽星 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Estrella Roja Фк fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Estrella Roja Фк's Maido Hindpere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berkan Temel in the 33rd minute of play. Eduardo Pereyra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Rashford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Kauan de Andrade's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eduardo Pereyra was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. With a little luck, Estrella Roja Фк's Maido Hindpere got control of the ball when Berkan Temel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th match minute, New York Red Bulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salih Şahsuvaroğlu to maneuver through the defense. Berkan Temel took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maido Hindpere. Maido Hindpere dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 45 minutes into the match, New York Red Bulls's Berkan Temel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maido Hindpere narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Estrella Roja Фк's Lou Lou got a free kick in the 45th minute. Eduardo Pereyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 王烽星 in the 50th minute of the match. After the first half Estrella Roja Фк were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when 王烽星 made the kick off in the second half. Kauan de Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 58 minutes of play, Estrella Roja Фк's 王烽星 made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eduardo Pereyra was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Panduru in the 61st minute of play forced Estrella Roja Фк's goalkeeper Maido Hindpere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 minutes, Anton Tăutu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the New York Red Bulls and the Estrella Roja Фк players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anton Tăutu kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Berkan Temel might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maido Hindpere. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Berkan Temel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 77th minute 王烽星 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Pereyra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute of the match, Marcus Rashford got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eduardo Pereyra was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 81 minutes into the match, New York Red Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Ulryk Pietras came free, but Eduardo Pereyra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New York Red Bulls's Eduardo Pereyra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Pietras in the 82nd minute of play. When Estrella Roja Фк's Ulryk Pietras, in the 82nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Estrella Roja Фк. Eduardo Pereyra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 王烽星, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Estrella Roja Фк walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
