A sloppy throw-in by Imral Kurniawan in the 5th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Beek City's Johnny Bator. With a little luck, The Everett Hawks's Ludo Vanden Bossche got control of the ball when Vahdet Ulumeriç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beek City's Johnny Bator managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Laureano Shantala in the 9 minute of the game. The supporters of Beek City booed when The Everett Hawks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Shantala didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Beek City's goal looked a bit too open when Philippe-Arnaud Heremans came free, but Arian Beqaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beek City's Arian Beqaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdi Mehmet Rakim in the 23rd minute of play. Ludo Vanden Bossche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vahdet Ulumeriç in the 25th minute of play. Arian Beqaj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdi Mehmet Rakim's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The Everett Hawks's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Vahdet Ulumeriç scored to the left of an out of position Ludo Vanden Bossche, making the score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in The Everett Hawks's zone, Vahdet Ulumeriç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludo Vanden Bossche came out of the goal and Vahdet Ulumeriç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vahdet Ulumeriç got free with Ludo Vanden Bossche in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philippe-Arnaud Heremans in the 41st minute of play forced Beek City's goalkeeper Arian Beqaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arian Beqaj didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdi Mehmet Rakim went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute, Vahdet Ulumeriç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vahdet Ulumeriç to make the kick off. Fre van Eijnde came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arian Beqaj could save by the left post. With a little luck, Beek City's Arian Beqaj got control of the ball when Philippe-Arnaud Heremans tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th match minute, The Everett Hawks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Shantala to maneuver through the defense. The Everett Hawks made a substitution. Andy Van Aghten replaced Philip Goorts. Beek City's attentive Ademir Rodrigues managed to snatch the ball when Laureano Shantala made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Botello in the 80th minute of play forced The Everett Hawks's goalkeeper Ludo Vanden Bossche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute The Everett Hawks were awarded a corner. Luke Van Bostraeten went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Luke Van Bostraeten got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arian Beqaj quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
