In the 20th match minute, Haithabu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harold Van Cruchten to maneuver through the defense. That made the score 2-0 after 47 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when William Andries stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Haithabu FC made a substitution.
