Kıvanç Yücesan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vince Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Kıvanç Yücesan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vince Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the SEFEROĞULLARI defense, Miguel Rodríguez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shi Feng Zhen. The SEFEROĞULLARI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shi Feng Zhen should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vince Santo in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kıvanç Yücesan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, SC Pfullendorf's goal looked a bit too open when Berkem Bekata came free, but Kıvanç Yücesan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Vince Santo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Pfullendorf's Kıvanç Yücesan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 25 played minutes SEFEROĞULLARI got a freekick which was hit by Reşit İnegöllü. Argyris Zagorakis took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shi Feng Zhen. Shi Feng Zhen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Vince Santo charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vince Santo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vince Santo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Argyris Zagorakis notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of SEFEROĞULLARI's Shi Feng Zhen. Shi Feng Zhen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Shi Feng Zhen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Rodríguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute of the match SC Pfullendorf got a corner. SEFEROĞULLARI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David Moya ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on SC Pfullendorf's corner David Moya fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Shi Feng Zhen quite easily take care of the ball. David Moya kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The SEFEROĞULLARI players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Pfullendorf were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vince Santo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, SEFEROĞULLARI's Eliseu Veloso got a free kick in the 54th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Vince Santo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Kıvanç Yücesan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SC Pfullendorf made a substitution. 彭森银 replaced Argyris Zagorakis. Shi Feng Zhen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Rodríguez in the 65th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when 彭森银 got free with Shi Feng Zhen in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kıvanç Yücesan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Santo in the 68th minute of play. SC Pfullendorf made a substitution. Czeslaw Wallach replaced Karel Van Den Abeele. SEFEROĞULLARI's Arda Turan was substituted for Szilveszter Zarka. Czeslaw Wallach charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 77th minute of the match Reşit İnegöllü sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kıvanç Yücesan skillfully saved the ball. In the 80th minute, SC Pfullendorf's 彭森银 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Shi Feng Zhen. Shi Feng Zhen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. Kıvanç Yücesan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berkem Bekata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kıvanç Yücesan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berkem Bekata in the 85th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Arda Turan made a precise shot to the right of Kıvanç Yücesan. SC Pfullendorf's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. The SC Pfullendorf players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
