With a little luck, La Zabaleta's Angelino Raulo got control of the ball when Gregorio Urtsin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Fausto Oxel in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Argentina's Alfonso Guifre. A collision led to La Zabaleta getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Fausto Oxel hit a great ball. Benedicto Naelio took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelino Raulo. Angelino Raulo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 18 minutes into the match, Benedicto Naelio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelino Raulo. La Zabaleta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benedicto Naelio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Argentina's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gregorio Urtsin in the 23rd minute. Gregorio Urtsin made a great header on Argentina's corner, it was just that La Zabaleta's Angelino Raulo managed to reach the ball for a save. 25 minutes into the match, La Zabaleta's goalkeeper Angelino Raulo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedicto Naelio. Benedicto Naelio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angelino Raulo having to make a save. In the 54thth minute of the game Benedicto Naelio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Zabaleta's Angelino Raulo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Benedicto Naelio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. If Vicente Nevada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Zabaleta's Angelino Raulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Nevada in the 83rd minute of play. Angelino Raulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Urtsin in the 86th minute of the match. Angelino Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Eufrasio in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, La Zabaleta's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Nevada came free, but Angelino Raulo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Raulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Nevada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Arano in the 94th minute of play. Vicente Nevada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Raulo having to interfere. Argentina walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
