An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Åberg in the 17th minute of play forced Roncourt's goalkeeper Brian Fumey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nevşehirspor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rıdvan Kurushov in the 18th minute. The corner ended in Rıdvan Kurushov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Roncourt's Brian Fumey did a great save. Brian Fumey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ragnar Åberg went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Hami Tuğaltay made in the 30th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Rıdvan Kurushov. Roncourt's Brian Fumey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ragnar Åberg in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Nevşehirspor got a corner. Roncourt's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rıdvan Kurushov ran over to the corner to take the kick. Marouane Kiefer kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Roncourt made a substitution. Rayan Lopez replaced J.P. Kapar. After a defensive mix-up in Roncourt's zone, Cipriano Proença stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brian Fumey came out of the goal and Cipriano Proença tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brian Fumey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Proença in the 95th minute of play. Thibault Fuentes's late challenge caught a Nevşehirspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thibault Fuentes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Nevşehirspor booed when Roncourt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thibault Fuentes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute of the match Ronaldo Messi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brian Fumey skillfully saved the ball.
