After 8 played minutes, Seed Town West's Mai Quan Peng shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ingvar Hellkvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Seed Town West reached it. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Seed Town West's goalkeeper Einar Klysnov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Aytaç Sözen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Einar Klysnov came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Cazimir Bărbătescu. But to his dismay, Cazimir Bărbătescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 46 minutes into the match, Seed Town West's goal looked a bit too open when Deng Kun Xu came free, but Einar Klysnov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the C Ａ R D I N Ａ L defense, Haroldo Napier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ingvar Hellkvist. The C Ａ R D I N Ａ L fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingvar Hellkvist should have stopped the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Deng Kun Xu to make the kick off. The supporters of C Ａ R D I N Ａ L booed when Seed Town West was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stor Back didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roland Smolarek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Einar Klysnov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Mai Quan Peng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ingvar Hellkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Ingvar Hellkvist made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Mai Quan Peng sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to C Ａ R D I N Ａ L getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cezar Rizea hit a great ball. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Tahsin Paksu was substituted for Emanuel Buciuman. In the 67th match minute, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezar Rizea to maneuver through the defense. Seed Town West made a substitution. Kenney Højerby replaced Ercole Mancini. Seed Town West's Dé Bille was substituted for Fillip Sivananda. Seed Town West made a substitution. Dan Vøge replaced Haroldo Napier. After a rather tough play, Seed Town West's Dan Vøge got a free kick in the 70th minute. Ingvar Hellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mai Quan Peng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deng Kun Xu in the 81st minute of play forced Seed Town West's goalkeeper Einar Klysnov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mai Quan Peng in the 91st minute of play forced C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's goalkeeper Ingvar Hellkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Seed Town West had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
