The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Los Chamos FC's zone, Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efren Centeno came out of the goal and Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the game, Itzaina Urruchua was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Chamos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Ortegano the free kick. After a rather tough play, Los Chamos FC's Itzaina Urruchua got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Ortegano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Serafino Berria dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Efren Centeno, 2-0. With a little luck, Los Chamos FC's Efren Centeno got control of the ball when Sotero Besga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Deportivo Ortegano's Serafino Berria ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Efren Centeno. Efren Centeno yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. With his leg Efren Centeno managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Deportivo Ortegano's Serafino Berria fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With an all-out effort, Deportivo Ortegano's Efren Centeno threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aurre Carrera charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurre Carrera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Los Chamos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurre Carrera to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes Sotero Besga shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Los Chamos FC's Efren Centeno to catch but Sotero Besga was lucky. It became 4-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. With a little luck, Los Chamos FC's Efren Centeno got control of the ball when Serafino Berria tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Los Chamos FC's goalkeeper Efren Centeno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia. In the 42nd minute, Serafino Berria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efren Centeno was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the last second Efren Centeno throw himself and got hold of the ball when Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia in the 45thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post.

Los Chamos FC's Criston Lorden was substituted for Shepherd Cotes. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Efren Centeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Chamos FC's Efren Centeno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Los Chamos FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Edwardo Gadano hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elia Candano during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute, Elia Candano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Aztore Cobian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Los Chamos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia came free, but Efren Centeno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafino Berria in the 66th minute of play forced Los Chamos FC's goalkeeper Efren Centeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Los Chamos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia came free, but Efren Centeno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Ortegano's Serafino Berria got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Efren Centeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia in the 74th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Efren Centeno. Los Chamos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Francesco Samano struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Efren Centeno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Ortegano. Deportivo Ortegano's Sagrario Meldasgoas got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Efren Centeno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Steve Ice-Cream Guobadia's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Efren Centeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Berria in the 96th minute of the match. A collision led to Los Chamos FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Criston Lorden hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Chamos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Ortegano.
