Fabrício Marques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sipke Oosting in the 2nd minute. In the 5th minute, Roelof Pietersma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Winthont FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ronny Hendriks was slow to take the kick. During this time Winthont FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Ronny Hendriks almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Fabrício Marques did a great save. Fabrício Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sipke Oosting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th match minute, Winthont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meindert de Gooijer to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teófilo Pádua in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Uebels prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alexandre Veríssimo hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Roelof Pietersma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Winthont FC's Roelof Pietersma in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roelof Pietersma in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabrício Marques saved CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land from getting behind. In the 28thth minute of the game Floris Talsma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Fabrício Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Sipke Oosting came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Winthont FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sipke Oosting couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sipke Oosting got free with Fabrício Marques in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sipke Oosting made a kick off. After a rather tough play, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Angelo Menezes got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Cassiano Montenegro fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's protests and gave Cassiano Montenegro a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Ronny Hendriks shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Fabrício Marques to catch but Ronny Hendriks was lucky. It became 2-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. In the 67th minute Teófilo Pádua shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Uebels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrício Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Floris Talsma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st match minute, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Trindade to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Floris Talsma in the 74th minute of play forced CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalkeeper Fabrício Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goal looked a bit too open when Sipke Oosting came free, but Fabrício Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th match minute, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivo Benevides to maneuver through the defense. If Floris Talsma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabrício Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Floris Talsma, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. A collision led to CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Fernando Trindade hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goal looked a bit too open when Sipke Oosting came free, but Fabrício Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Winthont FC fully deserved thier win.
