Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Samuel Horduña started the match with the kick off. Tudor Bosânceanu hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. FC Buzău's Gheorghe Vărzaru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save FC Buzău from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FC Buzău's Tudor Bosânceanu got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 18 played minutes FC Buzău got a freekick which was hit by Florin Barascu. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Waldir Velaz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Gheorghe Vărzaru to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to AFC Viola Gigliati getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Pacifico Villazan hit a great ball. Santio Marco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gheorghe Vărzaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Horduña in the 31st minute of play forced FC Buzău's goalkeeper Gheorghe Vărzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gheorghe Vărzaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Velaz in the 39th minute of the match. FC Buzău's Gheorghe Vărzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Horduña in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ionel Lung to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cosme Fole during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to AFC Viola Gigliati getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Cosme Fole hit a great ball. FC Buzău's Sorin Zâncă got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, FC Buzău's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Horduña came free, but Gheorghe Vărzaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Ionel Lung made a precise shot to the right of Min Ordoña. AFC Viola Gigliati's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. AFC Viola Gigliati's Min Ordoña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionel Lung in the 61st minute of play. Ionel Lung received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Min Ordoña came out and tried to block the shot, but Ionel Lung slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 62nd minute. A collision led to AFC Viola Gigliati getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Quentin Odoardo hit a great ball. AFC Viola Gigliati made a substitution. Ilazki Esquivel replaced Josue Pinazas. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gheorghe Vărzaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldir Velaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Buzău booed when AFC Viola Gigliati was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pacifico Villazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, AFC Viola Gigliati's goal looked a bit too open when Sorin Cristoiu came free, but Min Ordoña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Ionel Lung reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Min Ordoña. The goal made the score 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Buzău had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
