Alexandru Corlățean might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferruccio Costanzo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandru Corlățean ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 5 in the game by Nistor Beșliu from a close distance when the talented Ferruccio Costanzo managed to make a qualified save. FC Aquile Azzurre's players were relieved. 7 minutes into the game, Nistor Beșliu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ferruccio Costanzo. Nistor Beșliu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a little luck, FC Aquile Azzurre's Ferruccio Costanzo got control of the ball when Cătălin Crașovan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ferruccio Costanzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Beșliu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. FC Aquile Azzurre's Ferruccio Costanzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save FC Aquile Azzurre from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute, Franco Catena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cătălin Crașovan had several of the FC Aquile Azzurre's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 29 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Ferruccio Costanzo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Sebastian Zogreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Scarinci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC Aquile Azzurre's Ferruccio Costanzo got control of the ball when Cătălin Crașovan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ferruccio Costanzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nistor Beșliu's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Lot Itov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelo Scarinci to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Alexandru Corlățean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Muget fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Anfilogino Giorgio charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anfilogino Giorgio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 72 minutes into the match, FC Aquile Azzurre's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Beșliu came free, but Ferruccio Costanzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Demetrio Bani hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Ferruccio Costanzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cătălin Crașovan in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cătălin Crașovan in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferruccio Costanzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 78 played minutes Muget got a freekick which was hit by Horia Bota. In the 88th minute Cătălin Crașovan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferruccio Costanzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Muget's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lot Itov was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Aquile Azzurre's players had a chance to rest. Franco Catena's late challenge caught a Muget's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Franco Catena helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Muget fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Aquile Azzurre had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
