After 6 played minutes Morteros got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Frichoso. Hermengildo Iruinea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Sedeni having to interfere. Evaristo Odilon took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Sedeni. Rolando Sedeni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rolando Sedeni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isauro Sota, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Refugio in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Santo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute Miguel Refugio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Santo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Sumalao FC's Miguel Refugio to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Santo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Marco Santo was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Jessop Salah capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jessop Salah really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Rolando Sedeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isauro Sota in the 37th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Odilon in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Sedeni saved Sumalao FC from getting behind. Rolando Sedeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isauro Sota in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Miguel Refugio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Santo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isauro Sota was the one to do the kick off. Sumalao FC's Rolando Sedeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isauro Sota in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 played minutes Morteros got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Odilon. A collision led to Morteros getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Cleto Frechoso hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Refugio in the 60th minute of play forced Morteros's goalkeeper Marco Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zygmunt Koprowski hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Morteros's Isauro Sota got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Morteros booed when Sumalao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Elazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Refugio in the 71st minute of play forced Morteros's goalkeeper Marco Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 79 minutes, Cleto Frechoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Morteros and the Sumalao FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sumalao FC booed when Morteros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Frechoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jessop Salah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Sedeni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Iruinea in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 played minutes Morteros got a freekick which was hit by Bartosz Gaszynski. A collision led to Morteros getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Bartosz Gaszynski hit a great ball. Evaristo Odilon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Sedeni having to interfere. Sumalao FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Morteros for a fine match.
