Zielonka Gdansk were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Club Atletico y B. Bell's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jarūnas Saponka took the corner. Jan Tomaszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladislav Hampejs in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Leonides Jatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Tomaszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Tomaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Jatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Dario Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Tomaszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Dino in the 20th minute of play forced Zielonka Gdansk's goalkeeper Jan Tomaszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bell booed when Zielonka Gdansk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Billing didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Zielonka Gdansk getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Leszek Falke hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zielonka Gdansk fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Atletico y B. Bell had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
