With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Novella in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cüneyt Baba saved ALTAY MYTHS from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, ALTAY MYTHS's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Olayo came free, but Cüneyt Baba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Novella struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Cüneyt Baba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Baxters Boys. In the 28th minute Saffet Maksum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börje Albohm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Erdi Demir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Börje Albohm. Baxters Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erdi Demir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Baxters Boys's Uzay Gencalp was substituted for John Guidetti. Baxters Boys's Börje Albohm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Baxters Boys from getting a goal against them.
