An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgílio Teves in the 3rd minute of play forced Veresi Új Generáció's goalkeeper Gergely Seres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgílio Teves took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gergely Seres. Gergely Seres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Gergely Seres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Ádám Pető recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferenc Sipos in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ignatius Casasola, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ignatius Casasola made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Ferenc Sipos sent off a good shot on target. If Virgílio Teves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gergely Seres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Teves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferenc Sipos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignatius Casasola having to interfere. Veresi Új Generáció's Gergely Seres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torcato Rebocho in the 19th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Veresi Új Generáció's Mátyás Gelencsér nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignatius Casasola made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mátyás Gelencsér in the 26th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aloísio Garcez during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aloísio Garcez kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Ignatius Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ádám Pető in the 30th minute of play. When Ferenc Sipos came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Veresi Új Generáció fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferenc Sipos couldn't finish the play. Edgar Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gergely Seres having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Veresi Új Generáció's Avni Yağızhan got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Lousada in the 41st minute of play forced Veresi Új Generáció's goalkeeper Gergely Seres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44thth minute of the game Ferenc Sipos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garanhão do SUL's Ignatius Casasola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferenc Sipos made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Sipos in the 51st minute of play forced Garanhão do SUL's goalkeeper Ignatius Casasola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gergely Seres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Virgílio Teves's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the game, Garanhão do SUL's Torcato Rebocho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gergely Seres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Garanhão do SUL made a substitution. Albano Leizarraga replaced Edgar Costa. Gergely Seres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albano Leizarraga in the 59th minute. Ignatius Casasola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mátyás Pál in the 66th minute of play. In the 66th minute Mátyás Pál shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignatius Casasola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ádám Pető received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ignatius Casasola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Mátyás Pál managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Veresi Új Generáció's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mátyás Pál was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Mátyás Gelencsér's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ignatius Casasola was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Ignatius Casasola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mátyás Pál, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Salvador Lousada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the game, Veresi Új Generáció's Mátyás Pál nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignatius Casasola made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Ignatius Casasola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mátyás Gelencsér's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Mátyás Gelencsér scored 3-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignatius Casasola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute, Ádám Pető hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
