The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Octav Stolojan during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Inter Craiova getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Octav Stolojan hit a great ball. Sotiris Bagasakos scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florin Tarcu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute Ştefan Carp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateusz Hajto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witold Bycofski in the 20th minute of play forced FC Inter Craiova's goalkeeper Florin Tarcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florin Tarcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Bycofski in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Witold Bycofski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nieciece fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Florin Tarcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragomir Breković, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 42nd minute, Witold Bycofski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florin Tarcu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Dragomir Breković took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Florin Tarcu to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, FC Inter Craiova's Bogdan Enescu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The supporters of Nieciece booed when FC Inter Craiova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Enescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, FC Inter Craiova's goalkeeper Florin Tarcu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Witold Bycofski. Dragomir Breković could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Florin Tarcu made a huge save. After having played for 63 minutes, Witold Bycofski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nieciece's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witold Bycofski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nieciece made a substitution. Miromir Kazanowski replaced Dragomir Breković. Florin Tarcu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miromir Kazanowski went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. With a little luck, FC Inter Craiova's Florin Tarcu got control of the ball when Miromir Kazanowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 76th minute, Miromir Kazanowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florin Tarcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Bycofski in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Nieciece was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans-Cees Roordink to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute Ştefan Carp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateusz Hajto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miromir Kazanowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florin Tarcu came out and tried to block the shot, but Miromir Kazanowski slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 88th minute. Miromir Kazanowski succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-7. Miromir Kazanowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florin Tarcu having to make a save. Nieciece played a much better game than FC Inter Craiova and deserved their victory. The FC Inter Craiova players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
