In the 5thth minute of the game Fernandinho Veloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agua Santa's Tomé Mota was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cipriano Pinho took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronaldão Lucas. Ronaldão Lucas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ronaldão Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Pinho in the 17th minute of play. Cipriano Pinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Ronaldão Lucas made a huge save. 29 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Falcão came free, but Tomé Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Téo Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Allan Souto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmar Simão in the 38th minute of play forced Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomé Mota came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Scarlet Speedster's Osmar Simão. But to his dismay, Osmar Simão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 45 minutes into the game, Scarlet Speedster's Alex Falcão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomé Mota made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After 58 played minutes Agua Santa got a freekick which was hit by Cléberson do Valle. Agua Santa made a substitution. Pedro Luís Arantes replaced Murilo Fernandes. Cléberson do Valle hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Allan Souto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Agua Santa's Tomé Mota didn't even have to move. Agua Santa's Tomé Mota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Agua Santa from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Agua Santa getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Téo Tróia hit a great ball. With a little luck, Agua Santa's Tomé Mota got control of the ball when Osmar Simão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Osmar Simão charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osmar Simão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th match minute, Scarlet Speedster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osmar Simão to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldão Lucas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nico Quintal in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kauan Valle. Alex Falcão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Tomé Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cipriano Pinho in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronaldão Lucas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cipriano Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Scarlet Speedster's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
