Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Paulinho Fonseca got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Ibirama Futebol Clube's Décio Neiva got control of the ball when Rogério Cardozo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ibirama Futebol Clube's Décio Neiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulinho Fonseca in the 6th minute of play. Valdemar Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 19 minutes, Paulinho Fonseca made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ibirama Futebol Clube's Décio Neiva tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute, Aílton Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Décio Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Fonseca in the 25th minute of the match. With his leg Décio Neiva managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Jovens Democratas MZC's Paulinho Fonseca fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 28th play minutes Paulinho Fonseca shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Décio Neiva and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 32nd minute, Aílton Sousa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 37 played minutes Ibirama Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo Negri. The supporters of Jovens Democratas MZC booed when Ibirama Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Márcio Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ibirama Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Luisão Sabóia hit a great ball. Décio Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Fonseca in the 42nd minute of the match. Luís Eduardo Negri hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luisão Sabóia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Benedito Tande sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Décio Neiva skillfully saved the ball. Henrique Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fernando Silva having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Ibirama Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Guerra came free, but Décio Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogério Cardozo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Décio Neiva having to make a save. Décio Neiva came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Jovens Democratas MZC's Paulinho Fonseca. But to his dismay, Paulinho Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Márcio Trevisan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Luiz Fernando Silva made a huge save. 75 minutes into the game, Paulinho Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Décio Neiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Jovens Democratas MZC's Paulinho Fonseca in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ibirama Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ibirama Futebol Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benedito Tande was slow to take the kick. During this time Jovens Democratas MZC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Valdemar Guerra managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. A collision led to Jovens Democratas MZC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Evandro das Neves hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Paulinho Fonseca put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Décio Neiva. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulinho Fonseca in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Décio Neiva saved Ibirama Futebol Clube from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Valdemar Guerra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Décio Neiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jovens Democratas MZC fully deserved thier win.
