Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Curcio Alonso in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zuriko Gil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Curcio Alonso sped through C.F.CRESPOS CITY's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zuriko Gil. Zuriko Gil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Véber in the 11th minute of play. Curcio Alonso kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Elivareo Casals could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Generoso Beloki made a huge save. In the 27th match minute, C.F.CRESPOS CITY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivareo Casals to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, C.F.CRESPOS CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Montaña came free, but Zuriko Gil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vodka Stars 1949's Curcio Alonso got a free kick in the 41st minute. Cordeiro Olmedo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 42nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 43rdth minute of the game Erik Véber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.F.CRESPOS CITY's Zuriko Gil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Vodka Stars 1949's Generoso Beloki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordeiro Olmedo in the 52nd minute of play. Zuriko Gil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Geeraerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vodka Stars 1949 made a substitution. Martin Batalla replaced Erik Véber. In the 58th minute of the match Vodka Stars 1949 got a corner. C.F.CRESPOS CITY's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Batalla ran over to the corner to take the kick.
