Özgür Özbay took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandre Brasil. George Buturugã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Sayveon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by LOI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Serginho Amorim was slow to take the kick. During this time E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's players had a chance to rest. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Sayveon in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 45 minutes E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ahmet Hamdi Ortan who took care of the corner kick.
