Andris Lehtmäe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Edward Mosiniak made a huge save. In the 12th minute, Rymu's Ain Oks dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Edward Mosiniak made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Andris Lehtmäe sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute, Bogumil Andrysiak made a precise shot to the right of Meelis Haab. Rymu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Väino Veeber during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of LIRA ELBLĄG SSA booed when Rymu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Väino Veeber didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bogumil Andrysiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ain Oks in the 34th minute of play forced LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's goalkeeper Edward Mosiniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Edward Mosiniak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 41 minutes, Bogumil Andrysiak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogumil Andrysiak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Rymu's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Wojno came free, but Meelis Haab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Mosiniak made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Andris Lehtmäe sent off a good shot on target. 45 minutes into the match, LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's goalkeeper Edward Mosiniak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andris Lehtmäe. After 46 played minutes LIRA ELBLĄG SSA got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Pryla.
