In the 3rd match minute, Club Atletico Huaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Ado to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the game, Gaviotas FC's Ildefonso Ortle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Israel Louis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 7th match minute, Club Atletico Huaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Sayvion to maneuver through the defense. Casimiro Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Ortle in the 16th minute of play forced Club Atletico Huaco's goalkeeper Israel Louis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th match minute, Gaviotas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Rufo to maneuver through the defense. Gavino Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Sayvion in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Club Atletico Huaco were awarded a corner. Donato Mergildo went to the cornerflag to take it. With a little luck, Club Atletico Huaco's Israel Louis got control of the ball when Rodolfo Ursino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Huaco's Octavio Eutropio got a free kick in the 24th minute. Club Atletico Huaco's Israel Louis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Huaco from getting a goal against them. After 28 played minutes Club Atletico Huaco got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Goito. Ildefonso Ortle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Israel Louis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atletico Huaco's Israel Louis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Huaco from getting a goal against them. Israel Louis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodolfo Ursino went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 39 minutes, Feliberto Victoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Huaco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Victoro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Israel Louis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Ursino in the 44th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodolfo Ursino was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Gaviotas FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ildefonso Ortle hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute, Octavio Eutropio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ovidio Sayvion during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Club Atletico Huaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Sayvion to maneuver through the defense. Gaviotas FC's Mariano Stephen was substituted for Isidro Vimaro. In the 59th minute, Ovidio Sayvion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Atletico Huaco's Israel Louis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Lopez in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Lopez in the 61st minute of play forced Club Atletico Huaco's goalkeeper Israel Louis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atletico Huaco's Feliberto Victoro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gavino Luke. That made the score 2-1 after 63 minutes of play. Gavino Luke came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Huaco's Feliberto Victoro. But to his dismay, Feliberto Victoro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 79th minute, Conrado Ruisko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Ovidio Sayvion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Huaco's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Sayvion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gavino Luke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute of the match, Ovidio Sayvion tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gavino Luke saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gaviotas FC's goalkeeper Gavino Luke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Feliberto Victoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute Casimiro Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Louis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Club Atletico Huaco players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Gaviotas FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
