When Per-Oskar Vennerberg fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Farsta BK's protests and gave Per-Oskar Vennerberg a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Erik Kellberg in the 9th minute of play forced Gaviotas FC's goalkeeper Gavino Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jon Ekgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Ortle in the 11th minute of play. Jon Ekgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th match minute, Farsta BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Forsell to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Ortle in the 24th minute of play forced Farsta BK's goalkeeper Jon Ekgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Konrad Forsell during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Karl-Erik Kellberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Farsta BK booed when Gaviotas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Vimaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ildefonso Ortle took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jon Ekgren. Jon Ekgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Jon Ekgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Farsta BK's Jon Ekgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Lopez in the 45th minute of play. The supporters of Farsta BK booed when Gaviotas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Oliverios didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomiro Oliverios stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Farsta BK's Jon Ekgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Ortle in the 52nd minute of play. After 53 played minutes Farsta BK got a freekick which was hit by Per-Oskar Vennerberg. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Casimiro Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaviotas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Casimiro Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jon Ekgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd match minute, Gaviotas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Vimaro to maneuver through the defense. Gaviotas FC's Mariano Stephen was substituted for Isidro Vimaro. In the 64th minute, Isidro Vimaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Karl-Erik Kellberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 70th play minutes Birger Ekrot shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Gavino Luke and just under the crossbar into goal. If Villiam Apelkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konrad Forsell kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Arce in the 78th minute of play forced Farsta BK's goalkeeper Jon Ekgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Farsta BK defense, Baldomiro Oliverios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jon Ekgren. The Farsta BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jon Ekgren should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Farsta BK's zone, Rodolfo Ursino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon Ekgren came out of the goal and Rodolfo Ursino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the match, Farsta BK's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomiro Oliverios came free, but Jon Ekgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Ursino in the 91st minute of play forced Farsta BK's goalkeeper Jon Ekgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 minutes of play Farsta BK's Konrad Forsell was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Konrad Forsell kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Farsta BK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
