Washington Netto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Edgar Utter made a huge save. 11 minutes into the game, Chico Valadares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edgar Utter. Chico Valadares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 13th minute, Wilhelm Arvidsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chico Valadares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgar Utter came out and tried to block the shot, but Chico Valadares slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. Frank de Boer kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Edgar Utter was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chico Valadares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 23 minute of play. . SC Manhattan .'s Matias Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Bolander in the 25th minute of play. During the 30th minute of the match Jörgen Fransson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chico Valadares made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Pastor Pio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Utter was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Vallentuna Kickers's Edgar Utter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico Valadares in the 61st minute of play. Chico Valadares took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Utter. Chico Valadares might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Utter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chico Valadares ran back to his position shaking his head. Edgar Utter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico Valadares in the 78th minute of the match. Edgar Utter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chico Valadares's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. . SC Manhattan .'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pastor Pio in the 81st minute. Robert Uncescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Edgar Utter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Utter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Pio, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Pastor Pio charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
