Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roland Banaszak to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Jiang Mo Wen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Llorienzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Helari Hunt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Jago in the 52nd minute of play. After 54 minutes Rymu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edelmiro Quintyn who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Everardo Nerio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rymu's Helari Hunt did a great save. Darwin Núñez scored 2-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Helari Hunt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Rymu fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Rymu's Kong Lin Yu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 74 minutes into the match, Merengue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kong Lin Yu came free, but Mateo Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Silver Särg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo Llorienzo was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. After 91 minutes of play, Rymu's Silver Särg made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Llorienzo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mateo Llorienzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kong Lin Yu's shot from short distance in the 95th minute.
