When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Adelino Silveira put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mariano Echarriza. If Adelino Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Unión CF's Mariano Echarriza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Silveira in the 26th minute of play. Doriva da Fonsecas short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Mariano Echarriza to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Adelino Silveira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Real Unión CF's zone, Doriva da Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Echarriza came out of the goal and Doriva da Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Real Unión CF's Mariano Echarriza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ilazki Serrana in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duda Soeiro saved Aesir FC FSCMZ from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Silveira in the 78th minute of play forced Real Unión CF's goalkeeper Mariano Echarriza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Eurico Britto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Xzaver Bodon, made in the 91st minute of the game. In the 93rd minute, Doriva da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Echarriza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adelino Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Aesir FC FSCMZ's Doriva da Fonseca got a free kick in the 96th minute.
