In the 17th minute of the match, Mendoza Joseph tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but João Adolfo Lago saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kılıçalp Akgün in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER booed when C.A. GUAYACO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hieronim Faron didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute of the match C.A. GUAYACO got a corner. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oso Amezaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kılıçalp Akgün in the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.A. GUAYACO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Patrick Vidal was slow to take the kick. During this time Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Patrick Vidal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga did a great save. Marino Montrelle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oso Amezaga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Kılıçalp Akgün who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the C.A. GUAYACO defense, Kılıçalp Akgün kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oso Amezaga. The C.A. GUAYACO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oso Amezaga should have stopped the shot. The C.A. GUAYACO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER were winning 0-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Marino Montrelle got free with Oso Amezaga in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
