Mieszko Karanowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Domingo Bulnes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murillo do Valle in the 16th minute of the match. Domingo Bulnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliviero Vuelta in the 18th minute of play. After some careless play in the Marzagão defense, Fabrício Jardel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mieszko Karanowski. The Marzagão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mieszko Karanowski should have stopped the shot. Marzagão's Mieszko Karanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrício Jardel in the 25th minute of play. Jakob Sitepu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Mieszko Karanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrício Jardel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ✪ XV de Umarizal fans cheered their team off the field, for while Marzagão had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
