The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kjell Trengereid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrianinho Meirelles in the 3rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers López Heredia in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vasco Goycochea saved ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ from getting behind. Vasco Goycochea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from López Heredia went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers López Heredia in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vasco Goycochea saved ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ from getting behind. Adrianinho Meirelles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ booed when AntraX FDP. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ponce Ibaute didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrianinho Meirelles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Muhittin Emek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, López Heredia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vasco Goycochea. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when López Heredia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vasco Goycochea should have stopped the shot. AntraX FDP.'s Cahya Tomagola was substituted for López Heredia. Kjell Trengereid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mai Bin Kuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 82nd minute Cahya Tomagola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Goycochea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cahya Tomagola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Vasco Goycochea made a huge save. When Cahya Tomagola came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the AntraX FDP. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cahya Tomagola couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute of the match, Basilio Viso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vasco Goycochea saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The AntraX FDP. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AntraX FDP. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
