Ruperto Ramirez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Geovanni Pinho firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fábio Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Jose Steven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Felipe Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulino Ascencio struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Geovanni Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lobos de Carelia.
