CD SHETTANI's Elton Tolaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 何亮鹏 in the 3rd minute of play. When Victor Villalobos fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD SHETTANI's protests and gave Victor Villalobos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, CD SHETTANI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Villalobos to maneuver through the defense. When Angel Chaverri fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD SHETTANI's protests and gave Angel Chaverri a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to CD SHETTANI getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Angel Chaverri hit a great ball. 吕雄云 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Elton Tolaba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CD SHETTANI's Elton Tolaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邓枫克 in the 20th minute of play. 傅朗斌 was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jonny Elizondo. 29 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when 于银誉 came free, but Elton Tolaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute 于银誉 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elton Tolaba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 33rd minute when 于银誉 elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Elton Tolaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 邓枫克, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 吕雄云 hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, 郭棋坤 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elton Tolaba was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, CD SHETTANI's Maikol Matute got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half Chinese CJ Youth Academy were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 何亮鹏 to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, 郭棋坤 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but 郭棋坤 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of CD SHETTANI booed when Chinese CJ Youth Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. 肖洋翔 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Keilor Volio managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD SHETTANI's supporters rose to their feet, but Keilor Volio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 傅朗斌 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 68 minutes, 巩真翔 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chinese CJ Youth Academy and the CD SHETTANI players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute of the match Jonny Elizondo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 傅朗斌 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when 何亮鹏 came free, but Elton Tolaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in CD SHETTANI's zone, 何亮鹏 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elton Tolaba came out of the goal and 何亮鹏 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute, 柯渊平 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jonny Elizondo came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the CD SHETTANI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonny Elizondo couldn't finish the play. 83 minutes into the game, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's 邓枫克 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elton Tolaba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 92nd minute, 巩真翔 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
