With a left leg Leo Nesto saved Mervaleta FC from getting behind. In the 5th minute, David Polo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Nesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cintya Palacios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Balázs Sebes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tano Sampler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Dida Martins made a huge save. In the 17th minute Cintya Palacios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Dida Martins successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dida Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Erruki in the 20th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Justino Erruki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dida Martins was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Leo Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cintya Palacios in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Hoberg United booed when Mervaleta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tano Sampler didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Cintya Palacios left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hoberg United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Justino Erruki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Balázs Sebes to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Mervaleta FC defense, Balázs Sebes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leo Nesto. The Mervaleta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Nesto should have stopped the shot. 55 minutes into the match, Mervaleta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cintya Palacios came free, but Leo Nesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 minutes Mervaleta FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaroslaw Teofila who took care of the corner kick. Hoberg United's Jaroslaw Teofila was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leo Nesto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 61st minute, Maximiliano Rutenio made a precise shot to the right of Leo Nesto. Mervaleta FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Leo Nesto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Balázs Sebes went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Balázs Sebes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Leo Nesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Mervaleta FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Ortzi. Cintya Palacios struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Leo Nesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hoberg United. Balázs Sebes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leo Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cintya Palacios, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Hoberg United's Balázs Sebes got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mervaleta FC's zone, Cintya Palacios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Nesto came out of the goal and Cintya Palacios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Mervaleta FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Justino Erruki hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Balázs Sebes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hoberg United had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
