After a defensive mix-up in FC GURZUN's zone, Manolo Bacete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio Vargas came out of the goal and Manolo Bacete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sérgio Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Bacete in the 27th minute of play. Belo Alvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Sérgio Vargas made a huge save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belo Alvarez made a kick off. FC GURZUN's Sérgio Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belo Alvarez in the 53rd minute of play. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Eriz Acha replaced Natxo Cacheres. Maurino Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Madaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute FC GURZUN were awarded a corner. Joakim Andersson went to the cornerflag to take it. FC GURZUN's Joakim Andersson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maurino Serena in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sérgio Vargas came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D. Alcorcón's Manolo Bacete. But to his dismay, Manolo Bacete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 69 minutes FC GURZUN's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leroy Antunez who took care of the corner kick. When the match had been going on for 76 minutes, FC GURZUN's Joakim Andersson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Maurino Serena. FC GURZUN's Dumitru Neguțu was substituted for Moise Cigu. 83 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Ettore Madaio came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC GURZUN getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ramiro Gago hit a great ball. The supporters of A.D. Alcorcón booed when FC GURZUN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Gago didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC GURZUN players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
