Justino Erruki started the match with the kick off. Manolo Bacete's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Nesto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Nesto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A hard shot by Leroy Antunez from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Leo Nesto's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Leo Nesto made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Manolo Bacete sent off a good shot on target. Epifanio Javiero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurino Serena having to interfere. In the 19th minute Justino Erruki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Mervaleta FC's Justino Erruki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurino Serena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 24 minutes into the match, Mervaleta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manolo Bacete came free, but Leo Nesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mervaleta FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leroy Antunez was slow to take the kick. During this time A.D. Alcorcón's players had a chance to rest. When Mervaleta FC's Justino Erruki in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.D. Alcorcón's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Mervaleta FC's Leo Nesto got control of the ball when Belo Alvarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Belo Alvarez was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Belo Alvarez in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Nesto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute, one of Mervaleta FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mervaleta FC. The referee gave A.D. Alcorcón a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leroy Antunez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mervaleta FC's Leo Nesto. 3-1. Leroy Antunez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Javiero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurino Serena having to interfere. Leo Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Bacete in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77thth minute of the game Manolo Bacete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mervaleta FC's Leo Nesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belo Alvarez in the 79th minute of play forced Mervaleta FC's goalkeeper Leo Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Isaac Ortiz replaced Belo Alvarez. Leo Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Ortiz in the 84th minute of play. Leo Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Bacete in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, A.D. Alcorcón's Isaac Ortiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Nesto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Ortiz in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Nesto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Didi Galvão hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute Manolo Bacete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mervaleta FC's goalkeeper Leo Nesto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The A.D. Alcorcón fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mervaleta FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
