The supporters of Phönix Kickers booed when Tortugas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Aires didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Leandro Aires made a precise shot to the right of Nils Schikaneder. Phönix Kickers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Phönix Kickers's Nils Schikaneder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorre Tkint in the 9th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Leandro Aires put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Nils Schikaneder. Jürgen Benedikt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Jerónimo Bettencourt made a huge save. The supporters of Tortugas booed when Phönix Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorck Binder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leandro Aires took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils Schikaneder. Nils Schikaneder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Thrinakie Hagias hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Jürgen Benedikt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils Schikaneder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Aires in the 29th minute of the match. Nils Schikaneder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The supporters of Tortugas booed when Phönix Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Bleich didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tortugas's Olufemi Ononogbo got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Tortugas fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Tortugas's Leandro Aires looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nils Schikaneder came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Tortugas's Leandro Aires. But to his dismay, Leandro Aires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a rather tough play, Tortugas's Jorre Tkint got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 44th play minutes Leandro Aires shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Nils Schikaneder and just under the crossbar into goal. Werner Slesinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Große to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Leandro Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Schikaneder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Schikaneder was a little too slow when Leandro Aires got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-7. The audience was convinced that Leandro Aires's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils Schikaneder was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Phönix Kickers's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Leandro Aires 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-8. In the 61st minute, Tortugas's Olufemi Ononogbo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Hugo Große sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nils Schikaneder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olufemi Ononogbo in the 79th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, one of Phönix Kickers:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Tortugas a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ihedioha Batalawa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Phönix Kickers's Nils Schikaneder. 0-11. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Aires got free with Nils Schikaneder in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the game, Leandro Aires cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Nils Schikaneder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 91 minutes, Hansi Huber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Phönix Kickers and the Tortugas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Phönix Kickers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Werner Slesinski in the 98th minute of play forced Tortugas's goalkeeper Jerónimo Bettencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tortugas's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
