The supporters of Petro de Luanda booed when Spartacus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. 任海希 didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Spartacus FC's Pedro Luís Paranaense slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Sampaio. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when 宋荣延 got free with David Sampaio in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Petro de Luanda getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Miguel Canales hit a great ball. Pedro Luís Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. David Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adalberto Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Caetano, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Pedro Luís Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spartacus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Luís Paranaense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adalberto Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Caetano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, 宋荣延 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Petro de Luanda's zone, Pedro Luís Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Sampaio came out of the goal and Pedro Luís Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Luís Paranaense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Sampaio having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 宋荣延 was the one to do the kick off. David Sampaio came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Spartacus FC's Pedro Luís Paranaense. But to his dismay, Pedro Luís Paranaense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some careless play in the Petro de Luanda defense, Pedro Luís Paranaense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Sampaio. The Petro de Luanda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Sampaio should have stopped the shot. 宋荣延 charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 宋荣延 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 宋荣延 kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Pedro Luís Paranaense took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Sampaio. David Sampaio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 66th minute, 宋荣延 made a precise shot to the right of David Sampaio. Petro de Luanda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 83rd minute Quim Pedrosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viveque Pedrosa's late challenge caught a Spartacus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viveque Pedrosa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Spartacus FC booed when Petro de Luanda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Sampaio was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. David Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcell Tokody in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Pedro Luís Paranaense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Sampaio was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Petro de Luanda's Hernani Duarte shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 99th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Adalberto Barral but with some difficulty. Spartacus FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
