Petro de Luanda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lopo Carvoeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andon Slavev in the 9th minute of the match. When Cecchi Gori FC's Andon Slavev in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Cecchi Gori FC's Bora Petkov got control of the ball when Toni Caetano tried to sneak it across the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andon Slavev to strike the kick off in the second half. Miguel Maurito hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Toni Caetano struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Bora Petkov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petro de Luanda. After a rather tough play, Cecchi Gori FC's Nenad Kitanovski got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Bora Petkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lopo Carvoeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Petro de Luanda booed when Cecchi Gori FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruse Mateski didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lopo Carvoeiro in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bora Petkov saved Cecchi Gori FC from getting behind. Saško Nestorov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Burim Damjanovič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bora Petkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lopo Carvoeiro in the 97th minute of the match. Petro de Luanda walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
