Wilfredo Heli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Palmiro Bettencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Real Unión CF booed when Atlético Micaelense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lu Chen didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dasep Arkananta in the 6th minute of play forced Atlético Micaelense's goalkeeper Gervásio Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7thth minute of the game Palmiro Bettencourt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Unión CF's Wilfredo Heli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goal looked a bit too open when Palmiro Bettencourt came free, but Wilfredo Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilfredo Heli came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Micaelense's Lu Chen. But to his dismay, Lu Chen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Atlético Micaelense's Klaus Van Mellart sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilfredo Heli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dasep Arkananta in the 25th minute of play forced Atlético Micaelense's goalkeeper Gervásio Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervásio Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dasep Arkananta in the 25th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Micaelense's zone, Cebo Segura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervásio Sousa came out of the goal and Cebo Segura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilfredo Heli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Palmiro Bettencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Atlético Micaelense's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabrício Coelho in the 34th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Fryderyk Tyskie got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-2. 35 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute Klaus Van Mellart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when Palmiro Bettencourt made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Real Unión CF getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Joaquim Valdueza hit a great ball. Real Unión CF's Wilfredo Heli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Real Unión CF from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Klaus Van Mellart managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Micaelense's supporters rose to their feet, but Klaus Van Mellart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Heli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 64 minutes, Palmiro Bettencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Micaelense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Palmiro Bettencourt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Wilfredo Heli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Unión CF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabrício Coelho was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Micaelense's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Atlético Micaelense's Fabrício Coelho to fire away a dangerous shot which Wilfredo Heli despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Klaus Van Mellart hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd match minute, Atlético Micaelense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klaus Van Mellart to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dasep Arkananta in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gervásio Sousa saved Atlético Micaelense from getting behind. Wilfredo Heli made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Palmiro Bettencourt sent off a good shot on target. Atlético Micaelense made a substitution. Geraldo Madureira replaced Vítor Resende. 81 minutes into the match, Atlético Micaelense's Palmiro Bettencourt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilfredo Heli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Palmiro Bettencourt took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilfredo Heli. Wilfredo Heli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Gervásio Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liu Cheng Kang in the 84th minute of the match. Wilfredo Heli made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Palmiro Bettencourt sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klaus Van Mellart during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Klaus Van Mellart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilfredo Heli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Palmiro Bettencourt in the 97th minute of play. The Atlético Micaelense supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Atlético Micaelense would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
