He Di Quan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilfredo Heli having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when He Di Quan got free with Wilfredo Heli in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bruno Hermes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Cheng Kang, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. With an all-out effort, Huracán Varsovia's Wilfredo Heli threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jacek Bondel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marz Pedros hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Dobromir Pahucki was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. Marz Pedros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Iwanowski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 37th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bruno Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dasep Arkananta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dasep Arkananta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Dasep Arkananta was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. After some careless play in the Real Unión CF defense, Jacek Bondel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilfredo Heli. The Real Unión CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilfredo Heli should have stopped the shot. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
