With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olaf Pietras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 3rd play minutes Palmiro Bettencourt shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Olaf Pietras and just under the crossbar into goal. Klaus Van Mellart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olaf Pietras having to interfere. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Zarzyk's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabrício Coelho was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Micaelense's players had a chance to rest. Atlético Micaelense's Fabrício Coelho was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Olaf Pietras in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Palmiro Bettencourt put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Olaf Pietras. When Klement Markowski fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Zarzyk's protests and gave Klement Markowski a yellow card for diving instead. Klement Markowski kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Miromir Kaider hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palmiro Bettencourt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Olaf Pietras skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. It was a well-played corner which Fryderyk Tyskie managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Olaf Pietras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lu Chen, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Olaf Pietras made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Palmiro Bettencourt sent off a good shot on target. Olaf Pietras came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Micaelense's Klaus Van Mellart. But to his dismay, Klaus Van Mellart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 46th minute, Abdi Saygın Ergener hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jedrzej Walczak was the one to do the kick off. Olaf Pietras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lu Chen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59thth minute of the game Palmiro Bettencourt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Zarzyk's Olaf Pietras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lu Chen scored 5-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olaf Pietras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olaf Pietras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lu Chen in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute Lu Chen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Pietras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olaf Pietras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Palmiro Bettencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Klaus Van Mellart ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olaf Pietras was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Atlético Micaelense made a substitution. Geraldo Madureira replaced Vítor Resende. Olaf Pietras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaus Van Mellart in the 77th minute of play. Klement Markowski was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Klement Markowski hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Palmiro Bettencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Pietras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Atlético Micaelense's goalkeeper Gervásio Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miromir Kaider. Atlético Micaelense's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
