Jedrzej Walczak started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Always Ready was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frechoso Abellaneda to maneuver through the defense. With 11 minutes on the clock, Leszek Maciejewski commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Olaf Pietras had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Filomeno Abellaneda's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 12th minute, Filomeno Abellaneda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olaf Pietras was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Boleslaw Walczak hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute Abdi Saygın Ergener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adelmo Pemjean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adelmo Pemjean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdi Saygın Ergener, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute, Todor Abaunza made a precise shot to the right of Olaf Pietras. FC Zarzyk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Olaf Pietras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Todor Abaunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Todor Abaunza in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olaf Pietras saved FC Zarzyk from getting behind. In the 43rd minute, Todor Abaunza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olaf Pietras was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Always Ready's Todor Abaunza got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xaven Abascal was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Always Ready booed when FC Zarzyk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miromir Kaider didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Saygın Ergener in the 55th minute of play forced Always Ready's goalkeeper Adelmo Pemjean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xaven Abascal hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Todor Abaunza got free with Olaf Pietras in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th minute, Xaven Abascal fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Olaf Pietras, passed just outside the right post. In the 73rd minute Tommi Keskinarkaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adelmo Pemjean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Always Ready getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Albano Abad hit a great ball. FC Zarzyk's Olaf Pietras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save FC Zarzyk from getting a goal against them. Adelmo Pemjean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Saygın Ergener, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC Zarzyk's Olaf Pietras got control of the ball when Todor Abaunza tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th match minute, FC Zarzyk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boleslaw Walczak to maneuver through the defense. Adelmo Pemjean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Kaider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FC Zarzyk's zone, Todor Abaunza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Pietras came out of the goal and Todor Abaunza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Always Ready walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
